OUR TURF Laying + ROLLING SERVICE

Our installation service requires a prepared soil base. If you are after assistance with your area preparations, please contact us and we can refer one of our preferred landscapers who can assist.

Arriving on one of Turfco rigid trucks, your turf will be carefully delivered to your prepared area. Our trucks travel with a forklift attached that is used to get your turf from our tucks to your area. If the access points to your area is less than the dimensions of our forklift, we can wheelbarrow the turf to site. Note: If stairs or any other hazardous obstacles are in the access path we are unable to conduct the installation due to safety reasons (please contact us for more information).

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

• We will lay your turf on the prepared soil.

• We will cut in and around the edges of required turf rolls to match the shape of your area.

• We will roll your lawn using a heavy roller. This step encourages root to soil contact, removes any air pockets or unevenness throughout your lawn, and improves early aesthetic appeal!

• Better yet, purchase a bucket of our Lawn Launcher Starter Fertiliser and we will spread it for free before laying your turf! A mixture of jelly-like water crystals that expand when in contact with water, and slow-release granular fertiliser, a bucket of Lawn Launcher is only $46.75 (and covers up to 100m2)! This product is spread on your topsoil to go beneath your turf to help with overall establishment and water retention within the turf root system.

If the yard is complex, we recommend being on site when our team is there or clearly marking out where turf must be installed to save any confusion.

We require photos of the access points and all areas where the turf is to be laid prior to the installation day.
